Women2Win was founded in 2005 with the objective of increasing the number of women Conservative candidates and MPs. At the time of our founding, there were just 17 Conservative women MPs, representing just 9% of the Parliamentary Party.
Because of the work of Women2Win, we have more than doubled the number and % of women MPs in the Conservative Party in less than 20 years.
But in 2024, just 24% of all Conservative MPs are women, so our work is needed more than ever.
Conservative principles of equality of opportunity and success through talent and hard work are at the heart of what we do. Our Party is most successful when it reflects the country at large and offers people the chance to vote for the brightest and best Conservative candidates.
That is why the Conservative Party needs Women2Win and why we are committed to working with men and women in every part of our Party and in every part of our country through:

- Helping Associations find the best candidates to represent them and their members
