Sheela is an ex-barrister and a highly experienced family solicitor and founder of iFamiliesuk, a unique and positive family law ‘disruptor’ with a successful track record of championing amicable family breakdown settlements. She also coaches, writes and speaks regularly on helping everyone to become ‘relationship-smarter’, also writing regularly on managing cultural diversity.
Sheela is actively involved and committed to voluntary, charity, political and social justice work. She co-founded and co-chairs the Conservative Friends of the Chinese, a Vice President (previously Chairman) of Beaconsfield Constituency Conservative Association, a PAB Assessor, Conservative Party’s Communities Working Group member and was previously on the Candidates List She co-founded Strategies2Win Consultancy, assisting women Parliamentary candidates to be ‘selection-ready’. She co-founded the Diaspora Emerging Leadership Programme (re-named Diaspora Talents), a social enterprise to mentor and nurture leaders from the Chinese diaspora to create a powerful community of tomorrow’s global leaders and ambassadors successfully bridging the East and West. She co-authoured the report ‘Every Family Matters’ for the Centre for Social Justice.
