Professional Support

Post-PAB Development Programme

We are a leadership consultancy providing a post-PAB development programme.  Its purpose is to support and empower prospective parliamentary candidates on their journey to achieve their ambition of becoming an elected MP.  Our approach is highly tailored to the individual and works whether the candidate is relatively inexperienced and new to political life or a seasoned campaigner and public speaker.

Our tried and tested, winning strategies have grown out of our experience of helping many successful candidates. The programme includes; presenting with impact, in-depth interviews and leadership coaching, selection speech preparation, delivery and Q&A, CV polishing and help with seat applications, media training and panel questioning. We are committed to working with you on your areas for development and can be involved as much or as little as you feel you would like.

We will help you ‘stand out’ as a winning leader in a highly competitive field and achieve success in your political career.  Candidates attending our programme have described their experience as “transformative,” ”super-helpful and took me out of my comfort zone”, “[I feel] rebuilt-in a more powerful way” and “surprisingly excellent and one of the best personal development experiences-really invaluable.”

We have been successful in helping many candidates to date. Let us help you to win.

Our Team consists of a diverse group of highly experienced coaches with knowledge of the entire process of helping candidates become ‘selection-ready.’  From our work with Women2W and, as former PAB Assessors, we have extensive experience of working with many prospective Parliamentary candidates from passing their PAB to being selected.

We draw on our considerable, collective experience, both inside and outside of politics.  We come from different backgrounds in business, law, media, broadcasting, political voluntary work and have vast experience in mentoring, teaching, and supporting leaders from all walks of life.
